The Polished Strategies incubator is a program of Polished Technologies, LLC that takes our IT management consulting expertise to the startup community. We aim to aid black software tech startups with cloud-based emerging technology by bridging the software development gap between prototype to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and offer access to capital & our collective networks. All three are essential for the growth of these small businesses and acquisition of early adopters of their Software-as a-Service (SaaS) platform.
Our target business or entrepreneur to incubate has created a prototype or working model of their Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that is related but not limited to EdTech, Fintech or Blockchain. The target business needs help with further technical and business development of their solution to attract both early adopters and capital investors.
Our goals are to provide three (3) businesses per year with the following:
- Guidance via workshops for growth using our business development expertise and network of IT investors and related business professional decision-makers. This includes advice and active customer acquisition, how to protect Intellectual Property (IP) and how to attract investors. We will provide access to patent lawyers (initial filing) to protect Intellectual Property (IP).
- Provide a dedicated team to build or help develop the software from prototype to MVP. We will provide up to $70,000 worth of development work through the program funds.
- Access to our network of capital investors and corporations, once the MVP is developed and customers or potential customers are acquired, for higher capital raise efforts.
